Silicone Wire & Cable Extrusion Machine

The Silicone Wire & Cable Extrusion Machine is designed for the continuous extrusion of silicone rubber insulation and sheathing for a wide range of wire and cable products. It is suitable for manufacturing high-temperature wires, power cables, control cables, medical cables, and other specialty silicone cables that require reliable insulation and flexible cable construction.

A PLC and touchscreen control system allows operators to monitor and adjust key production parameters throughout the extrusion process. The line can also be equipped with a precision diameter measurement and feedback system to maintain consistent wire and cable dimensions and help reduce material consumption.
