Applications:

Suitable for physical foaming double-layer/three-layer insulation extrusion of copper wire conductors, single-layer+injection strip extrusion. Used for high-demand foam cables such as communication cables, data cables, coaxial cables, RF cables, RG, JIS, DVI, HDMI, etc.

Features:

1. High output: Optimizing screw design, Screw durability, non-cohesive gel, non-take off a chrome, color change quickly, high wire speed, high output.
2. High quality: Extrusion concentricity: over 93%; OD tolerance:+/-0.005mm, capacitance value:+/-0.5PF.

Twisting Process

Applications:

Suitable for back-twist pay-off and bare-twist pair twisting of insulation core-wires of data cables such as Cat-5, Cat-5e, Cat-6, and HDMI 2.1, etc.

Features:

1. High output: High rotation speed, the production efficiency is 2 times that traditional type.
2. Tension stability: Wrapping and take-up tension remain constant from start to end.
3. Pitch accurately: Set pitch on the touch screen, PLC control. Pitch is steady while it's normal or accelerates and decelerates.
