This design essentially mimics the orbital motion of celestial bodies, ensuring extremely high geometric symmetry and structural stability during the stranding process.■ Optimized Internal Stress Control: During high-speed stranding, this mechanism effectively manages and minimizes residual torque within the cores (significantly reducing the twisting effect). This is crucial for maintaining the core's original physical properties, preventing subsequent deformation, and enhancing the cable's overall flexibility and long-term service life.■ Integrated and Efficient Process: The critical stranding and double-wrapped shielding/protection steps are efficiently completed in a single, continuous process.   • 1250 Double Bow Stranding Machine

    The 1250 Double Bow Stranding Machine is an industrial device whose core function is to efficiently and tightly spirally wind (twist) multiple single-strand wires together according to a specific pattern, forming a structurally stable cable unit with enhanced electrical performance.■ Double Bow Design: The core of the machine lies in its unique "Double Bow" mechanism.
