Cage Windlass - Design Drawings

Mode 1: 1+6+12+18, 36 heads integrated operation

Unwinding

Use a 2kW servo motor to drive the wire reel for active unwinding. An intelligent tension module
monitors tension in real time, enabling a closed-loop system that maintains consistently balanced,
stable tension.

Wire collection

A spool-type power take-up system is used, equipped with a separate PLC and industrial control panel.
It can operate independently or in conjunction with the main unit, offering convenient operation.
The servo motor controls the left and right movement of the wire reel, allowing for precise adjustment
of the reel spacing and width.

Take-up

Dual-wheel take-up is used, with direct digital settings via a touchscreen. The strand pitch is unlimited.
A 5KW geared imotor and frequency converter control, along with synchronous belt pulleys, ensure absolutely
precise and stable strand pitch by controlling the take-up speed and the cage winding machine's
directional position.
